2022 Year End Review

As the year comes to a close, we at Digital Gaia want to extend our sincerest gratitude to our investors, partners, and friends who have joined us on this journey to create a regenerative economy for everyone. 2022 has been a year of contrasts, with incredible opportunities and market turmoil that we haven't seen in over a decade.

Amidst this turbulence, Digital Gaia has found opportunity and seen rapidly expanding interest in our platform and the solutions we are developing. In our first year, we achieved several critical milestones that have set us up for success in the coming year. Some of these achievements include:

• Completing phase zero development and proof of concept testing for our core generative modeling technology
• Forming Digital Gaia, Inc. as a corporation
• Gaining valuable insights and support from a fantastic group of advisors
• Raising funds from early-stage investors who believe in our vision
• Sharing our vision with the world in the form of two whitepapers: Natural Intelligence and dTwins
• Receiving multiple grants to fund the initial development of our open technology platform, including just yesterday a share of a $1 million Grant from the Future Quest Grant for Climate Innovation
• Building a diverse and dedicated team
• Validating and refining our regenerative agriculture MVP model and learning loop through real-world field tests with partners representing thousands of hectares across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia
• Partnering with organizations to extend our reach and impact in critical ecosystems around the world

We are grateful for the support and dedication of our investors, partners, and friends, and we are excited to continue this journey with you in the coming year.

Looking ahead, 2023 promises to be a breakout year for Digital Gaia. In January, we will begin the soft launch of Gaia, an AI assistant designed to help the global regenerative community achieve more impact faster and with greater confidence. During the soft launch, we will focus on establishing a strong foundation of high-value regenerative projects, land stewards, and a network of experts and data providers.

This will be the first product built on dTwins, our innovative technology for building decentralized digital twin networks. This open technology has immense potential impact beyond regeneration. In connection to Gaia, we have focused on establishing a consortium to co-develop the decentralized digital twin networks with a diverse ecosystem of open science and DeSci partners.

In March, we will formally launch Gaia and open access to thousands of land-based regeneration projects worldwide, primarily through existing partnerships with some of the leading regeneration networks and platforms. This will also mark the beginning of connectivity between these projects and investors, project finance, and markets for environmental products such as carbon and biodiversity credits. Additionally, we will unlock opportunities in supply chains for the responsibly produced physical commodities and products produced by these projects.
